The ranch
Encanto Colonial is a traditional estancia established in the middle of the 19th century, which conserves all the flavour of the past. The main house is built in enchanting colonial style, where a Spartan interior decor offers a contrast to the central courtyard area rich in verandas, rainwater wells and pergolas covered with wisteria and jasmine. The owners of the property are descendants from the founders of the establishment.
